Public Cruise Cancellations

More than 72 hours: refund minus 10% processing fee.

Less than 72 hours: non‑refundable.

No‑shows are non‑refundable.

Rescheduling

More than 72 hours: refund minus 10% processing fee.

Less than 72 hours: non‑refundable.

Private Charter Cancellations

Payment in full required at booking.

More than 7 days: refund minus 10%.

Less than 7 days: non‑refundable.

Reschedules within 7 days: $250 fee, subject to availability.


Weather

Trips operate rain or shine.

If unsafe conditions are determined by the captain, guests receive a full refund or reschedule option.

Policy Notices

Tobacco & Drug Policy
The use of any tobacco or nicotine products—including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e‑cigarettes, and vaping devices—is strictly prohibited onboard the vessel at all times during any charter.


The possession, use, or distribution of any illegal drugs or controlled substances, as defined under applicable federal and Massachusetts law, is strictly prohibited on the vessel and at the boarding area.


Guests are required to comply with all crew instructions regarding this policy. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the vessel without refund. Conduct that violates federal, state, or maritime law may be reported to law enforcement and could result in criminal charges.


The Captain reserves the right to terminate a charter or deny boarding to any guest whose behavior violates this policy or poses a safety or legal risk.
